This is mostly for new players joining the game, now that we're growing and it's tedious to add everyone individually, but, current players, please make sure you have everyone you need friended, as well.

New members resource: Adding all players to your flist at once

New members to the game will need to add all other players in the game, as well as the mod journal, game comm and ooc comm, to their friends lists. Rather than having to go though every journal and click the add button, the admin console on IJ can be used to add everyone at once. The console is located here. Log into your character journal, then go to the console.

The console command to add a friend is:
friend add username1

You can execute multiple commands at once. To friend more than one journal, you would repeat that command changing the username, for each journal you wish to add. An example would be:

friend add username2
friend add username3
friend add username4

When you hit execute all of the journals you have listed should be added to your InsaneJournal friendslist.

To make this easy for you, we have complied the command to add all necessary journals here. If you are a new player, please copy and paste the following list into the admin console and you'll have everyone friended at once! We will update this list as players are added or removed:

Unfortunately, adding the comms in this way will only add the comms posts to your flist, not make you a member. To add the comms, please go to the info page at sapientiae_rpg and sapientiae_ooc and click the link to join (a request will then be sent to us for approval), and follow the instructions to also add the comms as a friend.


If ever needed, this can also be reversed through the opposite command:

friend remove username
